Cancun, Playa Del Carmen

Ryan is such a hard worker. He always puts his all into his job and is so successful in reaching the goals set for him. Because of this, he was rewarded with a trip, along with about 30 other Qualtrics employees and their spouses, to Cancun, Mexico for a week. We stayed in a very upscale hotel called the Royal Hideaway, an all-included resort. We had our own bellman that would help us make dinner reservations, make any accommodations we needed and made us feel so special. There was a huge pool (but a little too chilly to swim in), and several hot tubs (where we spent most of our nights). We would wake up, work out, eat a delicious egg white omelette, then head to the beach. We had countless Diet Coke's with Lime, and had 2 hour lunches with friends talking, and ordering plate after plate of delicious food.

It was really the first vacation that we've been on with friends. Since there were so many people there that we knew there was always some kind of game of beach volleyball, or football going on. It was nice to read a book, but also always have someone to lay out with and talk to. The major perk of the resort was that it was Adult Only. There were mostly people 50+, but it was so nice to not have the screams and yells of kids. It was just quiet, and so relaxing.

One day we went to the Xplor park, which was amazing. They had a huge zipline course, it was terrifying on the first run, but after that it was so beautiful, and thrilling. They also had some ATV's that we got to go off-roading on, as well as some under ground caves that we swam through. It was so beautiful. Kind of cold, but still so much fun.

It was such an incredible vacation, but it was so nice to be home and hug my sweet little girls. Thank you Qualtrics for such an amazing and memorable vacation!
