Our Climber

Penny. Oh Penny. This little girl was a climber well before a walker. She refused to walk, but she would always find a way to climb. Things have been especially fun since she's figured out how to push the chairs so she can climb on the couch, table, counter, etc. I wouldn't trade anything in the world for this crazy crazy girl.

Park City Getaway

Ryan finally had a weekend off from school, so we decided to take advantage and spend a night away up in Park City. It was a much needed break, and we had the best time. We drove up and stopped for dinner at the most delicious and new modern little joint called The Junction in Heber. It was so yummy, we ate everything we got. Then we went up to check in at the Marriott, then we went and grabbed a treat at Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, then watched The Croods. It was so fun to just hang out all together. We woke up bright and early and even though it was chilly outside we went for a swim in the heated pools. It was so much fun, what a fun memory.

We had a ginormous bathtub so the girls took a bath both on Friday night and Saturday morning, it was like a mini-pool, it was awesome. We got ready, checked out of the hotel, Livy and Ryan then went on the Alpine Slide. Ryan said that Livy kept saying, "Faster! Faster!" the whole way down, she loved it. Then we stopped at Cafe Rio for lunch, and were going to shop at the outlets, but both girls were exhausted. And good thing we just headed home because they both just crashed on the drive home. Such a fun weekend.

My Crazies

I finally uploaded all my pictures from my phone, and I love going through them all to find all of these silly pictures of my crazy girls. I love them both so much, and love the relationship they have with one another.

Halloween 2014

Halloween this year was such a blast. It is such a fun day with children. Livy decided quite a few months ago that she was going to be Elsa, so lucky for us we found a cute costume at Costco. I also bought a little Snow White costume for Penny, but she grew so fast that she grew out of it within 6 weeks. So we decided to go with the whole Frozen crew. Penny was Olaf, Ryan was Kristoff and I was the reindeer Sven. It turned out awesome. I loved our costumes.

We went to the Qualtrics party, stopped by Grandparents, and went to the Poulsen's for some soup and bread. Then we all ventured out to trick-or-treat in our very own neighborhood. I've been dreaming of this moment for so long, to have our own neighborhood, with all the homes with people that we know. Livy absolutely loved it, she ran as fast as her little legs could carry her.

All of our favorite little neighborhood kids. (Poulsens, Roberts, Halls, Braithwaites, Allreds and Jacksons)
