The Petting Zoo

We took advantage of a nice warm Saturday afternoon and went to the Petting Zoo at Thanksgiving Point. We had never gone, but we have a book called "The Petting Zoo", when I told her that we were going to go, she immediately went and got the book and made me read it a few times for her. 

She wanted nothing to do with the ponies. She definitely did not want a ride, maybe next time. So we just stood next to them. But boy were there some ugly Llamas. 

 There was also a Farmer's Market going on, as well as a pumpkin weighing contest. We got some authentic Mexican tacos from a little food truck, some kettle corn, and looked around at the fun little booths. I love fall days.
