2 Years Old

2 years old. 2 whole years. Our little Olivia has so much personality, the biggest imagination, speaks like a 4 years old, and loves every "Character" Disney has ever come up with. 

Talker: People are always shocked when I tell them she just barely turned two. She can speak so well. She speaks in sentences, even though the words might all be mixed up... "Mommy shirt pink!", "chips and salsa more!", "juice want it", "color Ariel pink". 

She loves to narrate things that she's doing too. "Mommy, daddy, Livy eating", especially when she's playing with her toys "lion, monkey, alligator all going up and down..lion bear RAR!...Snow White, Ariel, Beauty, Belle, dress, pretty dress..."

Livy literally knows all of these characters by NAME: Nala, Simba, Scar, McQueen, Mac, Mater, Ariel, Eric, Sebastian, Flounder, Belle, Beast, Lumiar, Cogsworth, Gaston, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, Cinderella, Rapunzel, Flynn Rider, Max, Pascal, Nemo, Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, Donald, Daisy, Clarabell, Pete, Chip, Dale, Tiana, Jessie, Woody, Buzz, Bullseye, Rex, Ham, Lotso, Slink, Mr. Pricklepants, Andy, Mr. & Mrs. Potato Head, Barbie...and I'm sure there are even more...basically she learns a name once and it's pretty hard to ever forget it. This child is a sponge. 

Livy LOVES to read books. She wants to read them when she wakes up, before she goes down for a nap, before she goes to bed, in the car, and any time I sit down. She loves the alphabet. She can point to any letter and most of the time get it right (different fonts and the upper vs. lower case can be confusing). She loves the iPad, and so do I! It has some great apps for learning her letters, and she loves it. We also have "Toy Story 2" on there and she watches it over and over and over again. 

Livy loves to hold my hand. I am cherishing this phase with Livy. She gets really nervous with loud noises, so she is always wanting to hold me hand wherever we go. She still loves to be held. Livy is absolutely obsessed with kissing. She loves to watch people kiss. If someone kisses on TV she always says "AGAIN!".  She always asks "Daddy-Ryan and Mommy-Becca kiss again!...Livy kiss mommy...Livy kiss daddy".
