We decided Wednesday night that we wanted to do the Pioneer Day Classic 10K. It started at Timpview High School, went up the ginormous hill right by Ry's parents house, then down through Indian Hills, around the temple and back to Timpview. It was the perfect run. The hill was awful, but since we have to go up that hill on most of our morning runs we were a slightly more prepared.
Ryan finished in 38th place, 7th in his age division at a time of 50:22. I finished in 53rd overall, 5th in my age division, with a time of 52:46. We were both really happy with our times, and had a lot of fun. Until October 1st (our marathon), we'll now be running at least 12 miles each Saturday! Hopefully we'll survive!
Then we enjoyed some nice swimming time with little Livy.
