Happy Easter

Easter was so wonderful this year. It was so much more fun with a little toddler. It was fun to get her poofy little Easter dress and some new sandals. It was fun to not only put a jelly bean in each Easter egg, but a picture of a puppy too! (I wish I would've gotten a picture of her face once she saw the first egg with a puppy inside!) It was so fun hide the eggs for the first time. It was even more fun helping Livy find them.

We had banana oatmeal pancakes for breakfast, and I must admit they were quite delicious. Then we went to Ryan's cousin Matt Jackson's homecoming. We enjoyed taught our Sunday school class (only 6 of the 15 were there - so they all got double treats). Then Livy got to have another Easter egg hunt at Grammy's with Addie and Savvy. The jelly beans were just out in the open, so after Livy had shoveled about 6 in her mouth we got her to finally start putting them in her basket. We had a wonderful ham dinner, with a delicious carrot cake Crissi made. Then Sarge ran away, so we had to spread through the streets to find him - Livy was actually the one who spotted him! Then after a sugar overload we all got a very good night of sleep.

We are so grateful for our Savior and Redeemer, who lived and died for us. We are also so grateful for the chance we have to celebrate the Resurrection of our loving Savior. Hope you all had a great Easter as well!
